In Naruto Shippuuden, Rock Lee became a Chuunin so he also wears a vest.
The cosplay is fucked up. In Shippuuden, Lee always has his vest closed. Gai keeps his open. However, only Rock Lee has the red bandana. Which I can't recall if he wears during Shippuuden.
O-M-G! I´ve seen those horrifying cosplayers before... Anyways, that´s NOT Rock Lee, that´s a Guy cosplay all the way. I mean, have you noticed that.. ammmh.. THAT THING is NOT wearing any arm bands? Besides, that´s Guy´s first pose when he shows up the first time. It´s disgusting, it´s freaky, IT´S DAMN CREEPY FOR CHRIST SAKE! But you know, this world is too generous sometimes
