I'm not even sure if I'm allowed to do this. Or if this is the right place.

I would like some help on an article. Not just some set-up help, but help on the content. I feel like I have a good idea here, but I'm not sure where to go next. I'm still a noob here, and this is technically my first article, so help would be appreicated.
