I think your community should join Miraheze. I have moved Beidipedia to Miraheze and others such as Absurdopedia and Nonciclopedia have also moved already.

Miraheze is more user friendly than Wikia and a lot more flexible. You will have much more control over Uncyclopedia than you ever did with Wikia and you would not have to pay any money for it as Miraheze is free.

A vote Forum will be created tomorrow (Tuesday) so that the community here can look at the options on where this Uncyclopedia goes. There's nothing official about this. Dysklyver/Arthur Kerensa is not a Miraheze steward and as far as I know holds no particular position there (see listusers -- no special groups, created in January). It's a personal offer of help. To be clear the original message was from an enterprising impostor, but seemed to be almost identical to something I had previously drafted on discord. I will honour the basic principle if you are interested, but as Llwy-ar-lawr points out, this would simply be me assisting in moving the Wiki -- you would have to consider ongoing hosting arrangements with core Miraheze staff. Hello, I belong to the UnMeta admin team, where all conversations about server changes are being made and I ask you not to take that vote. There is a request from the other community for you to reunite with her. So far UnMeta has not interfered with any of the requests and does not even ask that the communities go to our server. We believe that the right of choice is in the hands of the community.

Unfortunately, we have discovered some data that may in the future force a second server transfer in the future but I would ask the users involved to at least participate in the UnMeta forum and draw their conclusions. I also ask you to participate in UnMeta's discord where the conversation is being discussed with better use. I am unable to login with my previous account so I have created a new account in order to reply on this forum post.

I will not be moving to the fork. I do not support the spoon moving to the fork either. I refuse to support any website that is dabbling with pay-to-play and if the spoon does reunite with the fork then I do not see a good future for Uncyclopedia. I see the money running out and then there will not be a remaining Uncyclopedia.

If the corporation is kicking us out then I would prefer a stable host such as Miraheze who offers instant, worldwide publication at no cost, in exchange for which we contribute authoring at no pay. I have started The Mirror on Miraheze and I am very pleased There are no Sugar Daddy risks to be afraid of. It is a very good solution and I will support Uncyclopedia moving to Miraheze.

If the website decides to start their own operation then I see it as the ultimate expression of the emphasis on bossing people around rather than writing funny stuff. You would be dabbling with pay-to-play. You would not focus on writing funny articles. You would be a pyramid scheme only set out to make money.

This is my two cents worth. I will not support a merger with the fork and I will not support making our own fork. Corporations such as Wikia and Miraheze have their benefits and operating under a small proprietorship and remedy is not the way forward. Spıke 13:09, March 12, 2019 (UTC)

I'm sorry I did not have time to explain my request but my arguments will be explained as follows:

1. I've had since the forum creation so accompanied the UnMeta Discord users and the desire of the main users of Uncyclopedia.co is to take advantage of this problem to be able to reunite again.I think moving from Wikia to Miraheze will keep the división.
2. It was verified that Miraheze has problems in which responds to the collection of its volunteers spends more than they collect. Miraheze published financial reports for the last 3 years:

Yes, they also had an almost 100% deficit last year and their donations fell 50% relatively to 2017.

3. The last question was said shortly by Carlb himself, the wikis that went to Miraheze while the majority body of the community goes to another farm will not have their interlinks pointing to UnMeta wikis. I mean, if Uncyclopedia.co is the main site, the bifurcated version will not be recognized. There are at least 3 communities in this situation and so I ask you to join the forum or the discord to evaluate the final decision.

At this time, I am voting against moving to Miraheze for the following reasons: (1) Concerns that financial stability may require another move in the near future, and (2) Site-wide messages on Miraheze (global messages) indicating that uploads are failing FOR LACK OF SERVER SPACE. This would indicate to me that Miraheze truly is not prepared for a wiki of Uncyclopedia's scope and size, and if they are having trouble financially now with less server load and requirement, adding this wiki would worsen their situation. They should not expect readers of this wiki to be likely to donate to their cause. I have another serious question that you should not know. Both Nonciclopedia and Nonsensopedia went to Miraheze and the bots are confusing the sites loading editions of the first wiki in the second. I hate to have this time to alert them but I could not remember that fact and besides I have the flu of those days.
