Okay...so a lot of people find usergroups annoying, useless and mainly deserted. A lot of people have called for a general perging of usergroups (and I think some people would also extend that to un-used user awards and the like). Many people don't think usergroups do much and think there are far too many...

...I HAVE A SOLOUTION...!!
