Heres the problem, of the users on Uncyclopedia, about 1.7% are vandals. 95% of said vandals are blocked by adminatti. Of the remaining users who are 'not' vandals, about 15% are blocked for things like yelling at admins, yelling in the forum, or being an easy target. The thing that worries me is, if a user is blocked, what is the probability that he/she is a vandal? -- 01:15, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
- Exactly eighty-eight thousand million billion in four. Multiplied by the square root of negative one, of course (Cainad didn't do so well in math class). --The Acceptable Cainad (Fnord) 01:54, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
- If your figures are correct, the percentage of blocked users who are vandals is approximately 9.8716381%, or exactly 323/3272. If this is wrong, I probably shouldn't be doing a statistics degree. I personally do not find this worrying. Sir Cs1987 UOTM. t. c 02:49, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
- Don't worry, its definitely right, and I don't find it worrying at all. In fact, I'm having trouble remembering exactly why I posted this. Hmmmm... -- 03:02, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
- Word problems? Thanks for making me flashback to high school. Dink. I was suddenly filled with the urge to get stuffed in a locker...not that that ever happened to me. I was a jock. Yeh, that's it, a jock... --Sir Modusoperandi Boinc! 03:59, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
- Who says jocks can't be good at math? HMMM? -- 20:38, 2 May 2007 (UTC)

- No problem, Uncyclopedia is an Undemocracy, which means those users had unrights and unfreedoms that allowed them to be blocked anyway. We really need to write an Unconstitution on these matters. If they feel they have been wronged, they can bring it up in the Unsupreme Uncourt and have Twelve Unjudges decide their case. Those Unjudges will most likely be admins here anyway. --Lt. Sir Orion Blastar (talk) 05:02, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
- Excellent idea, Orion Blastar. Also, users would be granted the unwrit of habeas corpus, in which people would always have the right to know exactly why they have not been arrested. --The Acceptable Cainad (Fnord) 07:08, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
- You Have No Rights. Nuff said. --Hrodulf 15:18, 2 May 2007 (UTC)

You can easily sort it out using Bayesian reasoning. See here for a laymans explanation. WARNING: uses breast cancer probabilities as an example. -- di Mario 19:51, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
This topic is nowhere near as interesting as its title makes it out to be.
Where's the treason? --L 10:22, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
- Uncyclopedia is the Oligarchical front for the Admin Clan! Fight back! --Ж Kalir, Crazy Indie Gamer (missile ponies for everyone!) 15:30, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
- Uncyclopedia is part of the New World Odor, and we must use the truth to defeat the evil Admins-only perspective. Also, the admins contribute so much to the New World Odor that I can see fumes coming out of my computer monitor. --The Acceptable Cainad (Fnord) 16:48, 2 May 2007 (UTC)

- Admins used to be part of the New World Oder, until I got them to use Right Guard deodorant. --Lt. Sir Orion Blastar (talk) 02:21, 3 May 2007 (UTC)

- The treason is that only 10% of blocks are vandals. This seems an unusually high number. The question is, are the admins really keeping uncyclopedia safe from possible terrorists wielding hammers? There is an entire no-fly list of people, if they can't fly on planes, it makes sense that they shouldn't be allowed on the Information Superhighway! Information = Knowledge and Knowledge = Power. The US Department of Homeland Insecurity might be cracking down on us any minute! -- 20:45, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
- Well you can get banned for other things than vandalism. Too many vanity articles, cussing out the admins, recreating pages that got VFDed word for word, getting into heavy flamewars and asked to stop but refuse, whoring your articles too much, writing ED type articles and then getting upset when they get reverted or deleted, making threats, any number of things. I was blocked once for putting welcome messages on IP pages, that taught me a lesson. How many non-vandals are Anonymous Slashy, Powershot, etc type people who make treats to unlock certain articles or allow them to keep their unfunny articles that keep getting deleted, but they keep recreating it using sockpuppet accounts? --Lt. Sir Orion Blastar (talk) 02:21, 3 May 2007 (UTC)
- Thats what I'm saying! (to be honest, I wasn't actually saying anything, I just wanted to see how many people could work that problem) -- 21:05, 3 May 2007 (UTC)

- Hey I know! Let's go kill a few Kings. I gots a shuvel we can use! Then afterwards, we can work out the Maths for how many death sentences we get! -- Whhhy?Whut? How? *Back from the dead* 22:15, 3 May 2007 (UTC)
- Hey - I have a good idea too. Let's all break our sigs, so that the timestamp ends up a line lower, and left-justified regardless of indent! That'd be great!
