The user to run this should have participated in at least one PLS before and know kinda how they work. Actually, IDEALLY they would have been a judge in at least one previous PLS. Adminship would help but is not required (I would help with all the admin-type duties). I think it's important to have one person coordinating the whole thing. Some things can always be delegated, of course, but having a collective group overseeing everything complicates things too much. —rc (t) 03:46, 18 June 2007 (UTC)
