Note: This topic has been unedited for 3959 days. It is considered archived - the discussion is over.

This is the forum in which the Uncyclopedia Fantasy Football League (UFFL) will occur. Some important things to keep in mind:

• The draft begins on Monday, August 1st, at 00:00 Uncyclopedia standard time.
• There is a strict 24-hour time limit per pick--if you do not make your pick within 24 hours, one will be assigned for you based upon Yahoo!'s pre-draft ratings and your current positional need, if any.
• The only people who may "assign" a player to someone who has failed to draft in the allotted time are myself and Bradaphraser.
• For those of you who suck at picking players and/or have no idea what these pre-draft ratings are that I am referring to, they can be found here.
• After you've made a pick, let whomever is going next know it is their turn by leaving a brief message on their talk page, or let them know on IRC or Skype or whatever.
• If you're going to be absent for a long amount of time, let us know, so we can account for that accordingly.

Alright, the autopick can be undone (like I said on your talk page), although I'm confused about the whole "see if Cheddar wants to trade" thing. Like, trade draft positions, or trade picks? Because trading picks during or within the draft itself is generally frowned upon. Also, giving you three days to mull over two back-to-back picks you've already had a week to plan for and anticipate is unfair to everyone else, not to mention totally impractical. So, yeah. If you like, see what players Cheddar would want at this position for that overrated over-hyped dog-torturing injury-prone quarterback you're obviously after (if any), and then make that trade after the draft. Fred Jackson (RB - Buf) autopick In the time it's taken you to not make your pick since writing how you were "pickingm" this morning, I've worked out, showered, met my girlfriend for lunch, saw my girlfriend off to work, read a hefty section of Infinite Jest, wrote on a friend of mine's facebook wall about Infinite Jest, all the while periodically checking back here to see if you've made your pick, which you evidently haven't. There is no reasonable excuse you could possibly concoct for not picking in this period of time. Looking at your contributions for today, I see you were on here at least fifteen minutes--probably more--and yet did not make your pick, even though by this point you've already had something like 30 goddamn fucking hours to do so. Me, DrStrange, Brad, Socky, and I imagine the rest of the league, too, are completely fed up by your inability to select two names from a list in any sort of timely fucking manner. You'll do it yourself on the Yahoo league site, on your team's page. Really easy. For example, If you wanted to bench a player (let's say WR) who's injured/not playing/has the week off/performing poorly and replace him with a player currently in reserve (on the bench), you'd use a pull down menu that accompanies each player's name and change the active player to "bench" while changing the reserve from "bench" to WR - then hit the "submit changes" button.
