Alright folks! It was starting to bother me about how Mississippi didn't have an entry, so I gave it this initial entry. I need to work on continuity (IE: making sure it flows). I'm not going to bother much with pictures. You guys can add those.

In 2004, Mississippi was ranked last among the fifty states in academic achievement by the American Legislative Exchange Council's [ Report Card on Education #1], with the lowest average ACT scores and spending per pupil in the nation. Mississippi students scored the lowest of any state on the National Assessments of Educational Progress in both math and science [1]. Lets see Texas try and beat us on that.

Seems a bit off[edit]

Looks like someone who has never even been to Mississippi wrote this as most of it is down right rude and not funny. So I took some time and fixed a few things Because I lived there for 5 years.
