Overview[edit]

As it’s soon time for these to be locked out I thought I’d give a brief overview for the judges. I’ve hopefully captured the idea that money is a force which people divest themselves as opposed to a medium which projects its own evil (which tends to be the status quo on moneys influence). The whole Faustian thing fits in well since the pact he signed we also sign and this effectively mirrors not Satan’s evil but our own flawed natures. It’s hopefully self explanatory, but in case it isn't this gives some indication of my intention. I was going to include more images, but somehow I did not really see a great deal of humor/humour or parody that would be added, the same goes for the shorter length where I felt that the angles I wanted to cover would be better covered with the bare minimum subterfuge and give the sharpest possible parody of the topic.

I hope above all else that this stands as the best possible rewrite I can do and hopefully substantially improves on the older article. Hope you enjoy:)--Sycamore (Talk) 18:26, 22 March 2009 (UTC)

A nod should be given to the new and improved digital currencies don't ya think? I got all the digicrypt cracked currency you could ever need. And I'll trade ya three for one. Just kidding but not about the nod to things like botcoin and dogcion .. Those get cracked and the currency will be worthless overnight. Poof. That digital democlese sword awaits .. one day.OMGwhatHaveIdone (talk) 19:34, January 4, 2014 (UTC)
Bitcoin was a Featured Article last year. Dogecoin was written recently but is now in userspace. We will indeed see another investment "bubble" burst, and without tulips or quotas for mortgages. But that is one comedy theme short of being an Uncyclopedia article. Spıke Ѧ 23:17 4-Jan-14
