This page was nominated for deletion on Votes for Deletion. The verdict was, Yes, hang him until dead. It was a handful of paragraphs involving clever things you might do with plectrums, most of them rectal.

During the deliberations, I wrote this article, as plectrums reminded me of an ill-fated business combination between an engineering department that employed me, and its counterpart in England. It was horrible at producing product, and excellent at producing drama, but didn't end in violence as described in the article.
