Talk:Salamander

This reminds me of an I.P. comment somebody left on the first page I ever made for Simon Bolivar.

"Just out of curiosity, who was the mother of Simon Bolivar's first descendent? His wife died too soon, and he never remarried, so the child must have been illegitimate. Please hurry and write it in, because I have a history paper on Simon Bolivar due tomorrow and I need to know."

(smile). Love this article. It's Mrthejazz... a case not yet solved. 04:41, June 17, 2010 (UTC)

Its okay, Im sure there was nothing of any value in anything I wrote. Shabidoo 18:39, July 30, 2010 (UTC)

It's not that there was no value, it's just that it didn't really add anything to the article, other than to spoil the consistency slightly. Your joke about small salamanders not being made up of lots of big salamanders actually made me laugh and I am considering working that back in. Writers tend to be protective of their own articles on this site, especially if they're, say, featured and competition winners (like this). If you want to contribute to a pre-existing article, why not check out some of our crap ones? (we have plenty, and I'm sure the community would greatly appreciate any help you can offer). Or even start one of your own? --Black Flamingo 08:44, July 31, 2010 (UTC)
