Talk:Yes (band)

I really liked parts of this. Have you considered editing it to a shorter version for people who don't know much about Yes?

Hmmmm[edit]

(Author) Could do, I suppose. But it works quite well in its current form (plus I think people will only actually read it or search for it if they are familiar with the band anyway). Individual band members to follow.

Article now complete and revised, for good I'm sure--thehallway 13:06, June 23, 2010 (UTC)
I just wanted to add that the writer Sog makes a very good point about your article. It only needs a minor rewrite to set up the story with some non-Yes specialist background before plunging in with what is otherwise an interesting read. Then it would have a very good chance of getting a VFH. As this is also a site where anyone can edit, you may get more helpful ideas when writing and editing an article. --Laurels.gifRomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate) 06:42, June 25, 2010 (UTC)
I'm only really "okay" at specific humour/things I know about that others also do. But, if someone else was willing to create such a set-up, I'd love that. It would definately benefit the article.

Update?[edit]

I would love to see this page updated to include what has happened since the In The Present Tour. I have some suggestions that I'd be willing to edit or share with the person who can edit the page. --M00rglade (talk) 17:17, June 21, 2014 (UTC)

Updating a featured article is allowed, and it would be interesting to see your ideas! You can try and, in the worst case, if something doesn't work out well, edits can always be undone. The author of this article is no longer active, so I don't think he'll object to any update. Anton (talk) 17:28, June 21, 2014 (UTC)

ABWH[edit]

Would it be okay to add a section for that quartet between "Large Mechanism" and "Onion?" Some people consider them either Yes without the name or a quartet important to the history of Yes. I could probably think of funny variations of the song titles.--M00rglade (talk) 18:53, June 26, 2014 (UTC)

I reply on your talk page; in view of the fact that this was a FA, I advise you to create a separate page ABWH. Spıke Ѧ 04:06 27-Jun-14

So...[edit]

What will become of the edits that have been made? And would I be allowed to make a section about the new album? --M00rglade (talk) 23:48, July 24, 2014 (UTC)

Hilarious Yes Page ![edit]

I mentioned to Spike that I had found Uncyclopedia via a google search of Yes, when I found your page. It had me laughing 'til tears were coming out! As a Yes fan, I enjoy it, and do agree that their career was so big, that a big page was necessary. Spike said I should let you know that I liked it. And also it inspired me to start a page myself. Good Show! The page I'm doing is category:movies, Star Wars 7 (film in production) - It's entertainment news-ish, because it's in production, so I can get away with a lot of nonsense, on a regular Uncyclopedia page as an anticipated major movie. Recent Activities[edit]

So I tried updating the article to reflect more recent activities and was wondering what info was not okay. --M00rglade (talk) 19:16, April 9, 2017 (UTC)
