Not done I kinda like The Cheat...it's a parody of Pikachu. I think its appearance is meant to be uncomfortable, strange, and irrelevant; in order to demonstrate how we overlook absurdities because Pokémon are just so cute. I do acknowledge that, as far as Pokédexes go, it doesn't belong. But this isn't Bulbapedia, it's a humor wiki. (talk) 01:04, 6 June 2021 (UTC)
