The Vice President addressed a campaign rally at the Naval Shipyard.

PORTSMOUTH, New Hampshire -- U.S. Vice President Joe Biden had harsh words for ISIS at the Naval Shipyard here.

"He tasks me. He tasks me and I shall have him. I'll chase him 'round the moons of Nibia and 'round the Antares maelstrom and 'round perdition's flames before I give him up," the Vice President said in a speech to 'round 300 people.

"From Hell's heart, I stab at thee. For hate's sake, I spit my last breath at thee," Mr. Biden continued. The Vice President then activated the Genesis device, with enough power to obliterate the Mutara nebula and everything in it.

President Obama has stressed that the Admininstration does not need to wait for the approval of Congress, but House Speaker John Boehner said that would leave Republicans with no option but to adapt the nation's warp drive into an improbable time travel scenario.
