Bahamas -- The paternity of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter has been determined.
A court-ordered DNA test has found that her father is none other than Broward County Medical Examiner Dr. Joshua Perper, who performed Smith's autopsy after her death.
"In retrospect, we may not have needed the DNA test," admitted Florida Judge Larry Seidlin, who presided over court proceedings regarding Smith's remains and burial. "The resemblance is uncanny."
Dr. Perper could not be reached for comment.
In related news, Seidlin used his statement to reporters to announce that his show, Suiseidlin, has been extended to a full season on the E! Network, saying that the announcement "is most likely the most thrilling news you've heard all week."
