For now, I'll restore the mainspace article, although it'll be a fork until it does get deleted. This is kind of part of a broader concern I have. One out of a hundred articles that show up on VFD seem to require something more complicated than "delete" or "keep". But there's no procedure for doing any of that. When the admins run through the page, they generally glance at the number of votes in each box and they either delete the article or they don't - I don't think I've ever seen anything else happen. Does everything have to be clean cut, plastic-wrapped and familiar to everyone, or else it gets deleted? Wikipedia is full of articles on stuff 0.00001% of the population will ever care about, but they stay because of that 0.00001%.
