Forum:ARG! Computer illiterate and must spread the strange contents of my brain for all to see!
Hi, sorry to be a pest all. Ive just signed up. Im almost computer illiterate and am wanting to put my article up. I can find options for editing existing articles, but have noooo cluuuee at all how to initiate a whole new one. Can anyone help?
Ive spent the last two hours or so pottering around the site trying to find out without any joy!

Hi, welcome to Uncyclopedia! I also just signed up a few days ago. If you want to create a new article, firstly type the title of your new article into the search box on the left hand side of the page. Eg: Search for "Brain Freeze".
If a page comes up and the article is alredy there(written by someone else), you can edit it and paste sections of your article in. If there is a message "There is no page titled "brain freeze". You can create this page." at the top of the page, and the words "create this page" are in red, this means you are in luck and the article has not been created yet. Simply copy and paste your article in the text box and click "save page". Thats all, its quite simple actually. If you don't know, check the community portal for help.(click the community portal on the left of the page). I recommend you read UNcyclopedia's beginners guide, How to get started editing, and How to Be Funny And Not Just Stupid.
