Usage
{{Twit4|destination|displayed name}}
This creates a twitter-look link to an internal page. For example:
{{Twit4|Monitor}} creates: #Monitor
{{Twit4|Prophecy|@Oracle}} creates: @Oracle
When using the displayed name the # or @ should be included.
