A note for posterity trying to make sense of things:
Three very similar files are in one place, albeit with confusing page histories and logs.
I renamed File:MarioandPeach.gif (the 75 × 67 dark-background one from 2009) to File:Mario humping Peach.gif, then manually merged here File:Marioandprincess.gif (the 262 × 222 dark-background files from 2012) and File:Mario peach.gif (the 80 × 80 light-background one from 2006). Not restored was the empty summary revision by Rataube.
If this were Wikipedia, I'd minnow myself for such folly: it looks fine on the surface, but the diffs between unrelated files are misleading. (talk) 10:05, 17 July 2021 (UTC)
