Forum:Wierd Al Reads Uncyclopedia?
Okay, so I'm not sure how many of you American/Britians know about Wierd Al's new song, but its entitled "Canadain Idiot" (that link should take you to a youtube video of what I think is Robot Chicken over-dubbed with the song). Now many people, including insertwackynamehere, should recognize the name of that song. It seems that Wierd Al is paying tribute to Uncyclopedia in his song. Well maybe that last part is a strech, but its still awesome that he used an idea over a year after we featured it. --Brigadier General Sir Zombiebaron 00:58, 17 October 2006 (UTC)
- That would make a great UnNews article: Show Wierd Al holding up a hardcover version of Uncyclopedia. Crazyswordsman the Mediocre - (bite me/I'm not that bad) Click here for hot pr0n! BENSON IS BETTER THAN YOU!! 01:03, 17 October 2006 (UTC)

- Here is a more offensive version of the video made by some kids. That Robot Chicken Voltron Breakdance Video is just not offensive enough for the song. Here is one that parodies Green Day for those who want to see what the original American Idiot video was like. --Lt. Orion Blastar (talk) 01:23, 25 October 2006 (UTC)

- Doogtoons? Well, that was an informative short movie on his childhood, although I heard his life story in his "Alberquerque" song.--Witt, of UNion Entertain me* 04:40, 17 October 2006 (UTC)
This has nothing to do with anything--<<>> 04:43, 17 October 2006 (UTC)
- Of course not, by the way, I forget, we like weird al, but stephen colbert is a thief yes?--Witt, of UNion Entertain me* 04:46, 17 October 2006 (UTC)
- Well, personally, as soon as he starts trying to promote something or other, I'm inviting him too, but a lot of people around here believe he's a dirty, rotten theif, yes.--<<>> 05:07, 17 October 2006 (UTC)
- I must have missed the memo, what did Colbert steal? --Brigadier General Sir Zombiebaron 23:47, 17 October 2006 (UTC)

- someone pointed this out to me before the album was released and I tried to tell Al through Myspace and email but he never replied :( I made it clear that I didnt care I just thought it was a funny coincidence (i wasnt threatening anything like a lawsuit). Oh well heh, its cool :) Canadian Idiot will always be my first halfway decent image edit that I ever did, to me at least --Maj Sir Insertwackynamehere CUN VFH VFP Bur. - Heh, I didn't realize you were the one who did that one. I DO know that I worded mine carefully to be non-accusatory also. I made sure to Google "Canadian Idiot" before jumping to any conclusions, and, sure enough, our article wasn't number one. There were, um... more than a dozen, let's say. I do hope he decides to show up some day (or, at least, acknowledge our existence).--<<>> 03:09, 18 October 2006 (UTC)
- There used to be a joke that all good jokes where stolen from Reader's Digest, but now in the 21st century all the good jokes are stolen from Uncyclopedia. --Lt. Orion Blastar (talk) 00:37, 25 October 2006 (UTC)
