Added an "under construction" marker to the page so hopefully it will left alone. The expiration date nowadays is more a reminder to keep progressing and is not used for takedown by admins nowadays. Otherwise for articles in the earliest development stage, it is best to keep it in your userspace away from other grubby paws in the format User:your username/article name. It can then be copied to the page with the final article name or you can ask any admin to move it for you. -- (talk) 23:11, September 3, 2018 (UTC)
