Not funny in the least

Not because of the "intentionally offensive" nature, to quote the Change Summary, nor because of some sort of "anti-Semitism," a term overused to even cover charges of excessive influence in the Congress. It is not funny because in the world of extremism and Nazi apologism, this is utterly lifelike and without flagrant absurdity. Illustrating extremism by being extreme doesn't work. You should have seen the discussion regarding HGA's swastika on the new site. Although condemning the extermination policies of Nazi Germany, he was almost defending Hitler as a "genius" who "would have won had he not invaded Russia", and who "advanced technology". He's banned over there now since he was being sassy to TKF. I think it is absurd. I don't know of any extremist who thinks the entire 3rd Reich was a communist ploy. I am also not saying that Hitler was good either. If anything, this articles accuse Hitler of evil acts he didn't do. --Mn-z 20:37, January 16, 2013 (UTC)

The part about claiming that the fascist regime was really communist is ok, but the part claiming the Jews were the ones responsible for the holocaust is more worrisome than funny. Maybe the article title should be changed. -- Simsilikesims(♀GUN) Talk here. 21:03, January 16, 2013 (UTC)

To be clear, my feeling about this UnNews does not depend on the real facts nor on the version set out here. "I don't know of any" scientist who thinks that Mars orbits on the outside of Jupiter. But an UnNews that interviews scientists who have "proof" of the opposite would land with a thud; and every bit of additional realism would make it worse. Spıke Ѧ 21:09 16-Jan-13

It's fine to accuse Hitler of things he didn't do but once we get to holocaust issues or any others connected with recent historical mass killing...I don't think you are going to be able to 'extract the funny' in my view. --RomArtus*Imperator ITRA (Orate) ® 13:57, January 17, 2013 (UTC)

My goal for this one was a reducto-ad-absurdum article. I intended to write it as though the subject was actually doing what he is often accused of. For example, UnNews:Republican Party Declares War on Women is written as though the Republican party was actually waging a war on women, and UnNews:Obama's cabinet criticized for lack of diversity is written as though Obama was intentionally avoiding nominating women or minorities to his cabinet. This one assumes that Hitler was a half-Jewish Yugoslavian communist, then tries to explain the history of the 3rd Reich accordingly.
