  3. Against. It's a decent, if not predictable joke. Perhaps the biggest problem is that when I open the page and read the first sentence, I immediately don't want to read any more, both because of the atrocious ALLCAPS bullshit and the fact that I know it's the same damn thing the whole way through, and that think isn't even halfway original. I just skimmed it, and from what I gathered it's about some thirteen-year-old douchebag. It's not in the same vein of articles like, say, Pac-Man (walkthrough), where the text is only skim worthy but the concept in itself is hilarious. This is a cliched (but no less real) stereotype executed in a manner that is eye-watering and redundant. EpicAwesomeness (talk) 08:29, September 2, 2012 (UTC)

  1. Symbol comment vote.svg Comment. It could be improved by really putting some sort of retrospective on it. Maybe like this: Three people had now voted against. That put it at minus one. Perhaps he should have seen it coming. In retrospect, it was quite obvious what was about to happen. But perhaps I’ve taken it too far, he mused. Too far into the inherently unforgiving abyss that was the interpretation of his literary abilities. Yes, he should have known better than to do something like this. Where was the humour, the smart satire? He was an idiot. How could he have written and uploaded this, without rational reason? The thrill had taken me, he assured himself. It was not my own fault. He looked around. This had disheartened him, in many ways made him question his own life. There were school books piled on his desk. His maths textbook was open, sat next to a pen, waiting for him to do his homework. He was good at maths – regrettably good. Everyone expected more of him, and here he was, writing some bullshit. And, if three people were right, wasting his time even with that. There was a small bleep. Activity! read the tab, but he ignored it. IRC was just stupid. He couldn’t bring himself to admit that he was disgusted, but he was. Repulsed. Not at the others, no, he was fine with the random mess of homophobia and insults that often faced him. What was he doing there? He was worried for his own sanity and safety, yet he was constantly being dragged inside, forced to compete in this manic game of popularity until... this came out. This article would be the death of him. I know it sounds like amateur erotic fiction, I know it doesn't have any jokes in it, but it's a far more original and unique take on the subject than the obvious method.
