It could use a clear beginning and end, especially if it's an unnews piece, and a good LOL moment. Perhaps exagerating the uselessness of the fans would make for a funnier story, IMHO. Because "Wind Farms" being operated by engines to blow wind, rather than the other way around, is a great joke - Congratulations! Because it is a single joke it seems like an ideal for a much shorter UnNews report. Now as you point out it deserves to be on the front page, this time as UnNews, I hope you will vote FOR.
